Ms. Harris, who also serves as the President of the Association for a Better Long Island (“ABLI”), has established herself as a leading authority on Tax Certiorari proceedings across New York State. With over 40 years of experience, she has gained extensive experience in tax grievance law and advocates for reforms to tax policies that impact regional developers.
