Women’s Initiative

Mission Statement
Promote a diverse and inclusive culture that is dedicated to empowering, strengthening, supporting and advancing the women attorneys of our Firm through equality and opportunity.About FDT’s Women’s Initiative
The Women’s Initiative was introduced because, in the same way Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP (“FDT”) provides personal attention for our clients, we place high importance on each of our attorney’s professional growth. The Firm saw a need to shine a spotlight on the power and strength that our female attorneys possess and foster it. The Firm recognizes that in order to continue to deliver the highest caliber legal service we must attract, support and retain the best talent. Under the core vision of our Firm to maintain an inclusive workplace that best serves our clients, the Women’s Initiative provides a vital resource – open to all attorneys – that is committed to furthering equality, achieving personal goals, providing learning agendas tailored to women’s issues, strengthening relationships across practice groups, and celebrating successes in a male-dominated profession. Through the Women’s Initiative, we are committed to helping each individual attorney achieve her own success, both personally and professionally. FDT believes in:-
- The power of women attorneys
- Learning and development
- Fostering the retention and advancement of women attorneys
