Yuri Burshteyn is a Partner in the Banking and Finance and Real Estate practice groups.
During his career, Yuri has represented a diverse client base—including national institutional lenders, developers, prominent real estate families, and foreign investors—across all facets of commercial real estate. His practice encompasses commercial institutional and non-institutional lending, sales, and acquisitions.
With a track record of navigating complex transactions, Yuri’s experience ranges from assisting clients in selling or acquiring high-volume retail centers, multi-family buildings, office buildings, industrial space, triple net properties and the specialized development of data centers for Artificial Intelligence applications. Whether for development or turnkey application, Yuri’s goal is to exceed expectations and provide guidance and value in all phases of the transaction.
On the lending side, He has represented lenders and borrowers in closing a variety of commercial lending facilities including commercial mortgages, CMBS loans, credit lines and mezzanine financing. In every matter, Yuri prioritizes maintaining a commitment to efficiency and cost-effectiveness to meet the underwriting expectations of the client.
Before joining Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, Yuri served as a partner at Braunstein Turkish LLP in Woodbury, NY.
