Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP welcomes Yuri Burshteyn to the firm’s Banking and Finance practice group as a partner. He will also be working with the firm’s Real Estate practice group.

Before joining Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, Yuri served as a partner at Braunstein Turkish LLP in Woodbury, NY, where he represented a diverse client base, including national institutional lenders, developers, prominent real estate families, and foreign investors, across all facets of commercial real estate. His practice encompassed commercial institutional and non-institutional lending, sales, and acquisitions. His experience ranges from assisting clients in selling or acquiring high-volume retail centers, multi-family buildings, office buildings, industrial spaces, triple net properties and the specialized development of data centers for Artificial Intelligence applications.

Mr. Burshteyn, a Smithtown, NY resident, earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Queens College.
