Has your company completed its annual mandatory sexual harassment training?
Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP’s Employment & Labor practice group would like to remind you that the deadline to complete New York State’s mandatory sexual harassment training is fast approaching, and must be completed by October 9, 2019. All employers in NYS, regardless of their size, are required to provide interactive sexual harassment training to all employees by this date or they will not be in compliance with the law.
If you have not already distributed and implemented the mandatory anti-harassment policy by last year’s October 9, 2018 deadline, this is a good time to distribute the policy.
