A Discussion on Nassau County’s Reassessment & IDAs on Long Island

The Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS) will be hosting a lunch & learn for brokers and salespersons. Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP partners will be presenting.
John V. Terrana, Esq. leads the firm’s Tax Certiorari practice group. His presentation will include an overview of Nassau County’s Reassessment, Tax Impact Notices (and why they’re misleading) and an overview of the Tax Assessment Challenge.
Daniel P. Deegan, Esq. leads the firm’s IDA practice group. His presentation will include an update on the New York legislature’s position on IDAs on Long Island.
