Uniondale, NY, April 7, 2017—Russell Tisman, a partner with the Uniondale, New York law firm of Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP has been honored by Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center as a Public Interest/Pro Bono Attorney of the Year.
Russ, a heart transplant recipient, is an active volunteer for Live on NY and LITrio (Transplant Recipients International Organization). To help address the critical shortage of organs available for transplant, he participates in donor enrollment drives, speaks on organ donation, and volunteers at fundraising/charity events.

Russell Tisman specializes in complex corporate, commercial, defense, employment, labor, and Surrogate’s Court litigation. He has tried cases and argued appeals in Federal and State courts and administrative agencies throughout the United States, and in arbitration and other dispute resolution forums.
