The Firm’s Restaurant and Hospitality practice group provides clients with knowledgeable and experienced counsel—in collaboration with our real estate, corporate and commercial, employment and labor, and other practice groups.
 
In our work for chefs and other founders, restaurants and investors, our attorneys have successfully guided clients through formation and start-up matters, capital raises, equity roll-ups, exits, closings and wind-downs.
 
We bring considerable expertise to the negotiation of restaurant leases, ground leases, and turn-key” and other purchase agreements. We also provide counsel with respect to commercial contracts, employment and HR matters, phantom equity and other incentive plans, and land use and zoning matters.
