June 8th, 2016 — The topic for the CLE seminar was “The Hidden Dangers of OPEX & More.” The featured speakers were Joel Binstok, Managing Principal of The York Group, LLC, and Brian R. Sahn, Esq., a Partner in the Forchelli, Curto Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana Real Estate Practice Group. The speakers will, among others, cover the hidden pitfalls of pass-through charges in commercial leases.

Brian R. Sahn concentrates his practice in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including representing clients in purchase and sale agreements; acquisition financing transactions; industrial/economic development projects; transfer of development rights transactions; easement and right-of-way negotiations and commercial lease agreements in the office, retail and industrial markets. Brian also has extensive experience in real estate brokerage matters, including representing clients in connection with real estate portfolio management service agreements, corporate global solutions agreements, lease administration agreements and disputes over commissions and entitlements.
