Partner Brian R. Sahn, panelist at USGBC-LI Program Highlighting Forchelli Law as LEED CI Case Study

Melville, March 4, 2010 — The U.S. Green Building Council – Long Island Chapter (USGBC-LI) hosted a panel discussion on March 3rd, highlighting Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP (the Firm) in its pursuit of LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) at RXR’s Omni Building.

Panelists discussed the Firm’s commitment to achieve LEED for Commercial Interiors (pending), the challenges of site selection, the structure of a green lease and construction of the tenant space. In attendance were over 70 commercial real estate brokers, local contractors, engineers and other building industry professionals.
