Hon. Peter B. Skelos (Ret.), a Litigation partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, will be moderating. He was an Associate Justice of the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court, Second Judicial Department.

The speakers will discuss the new electronic filing requirements in the Appellate Courts.
