Veterinary Practice Co-Chairs Speak at American Animal Hospital Association Panel

Uniondale, May 10th, 2018 – Veterinary practice group co-chairs Mary Mongioi and Daniel Dornfeld presented to the American Animal Hospital Association panel (AAHA). Bank of America, an affinity provider with AAHA hosted the panel titled, “Preparing Your Animal Hospital for Sale.”

Daniel S. Dornfeld focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate and development and related litigation.  He regularly handles such sophisticated transactions as commercial mortgages, loan workouts, purchase and sale agreements, IDA transactions and leases.  He assists the other transactional attorneys in regard to acquisitions, sales, leases and employment agreements.

Mary E. Mongioi concentrates her practice in the tax, trusts and estates department. In addition to estate matters, Ms. Mongioi has significant experience handling the foreclosure of mortgages and other liens held by major financial institutions, mid-sized and small investors, and commercial enterprises, on both residential and commercial real property. She has represented several financial institutions in connection with loan transactions and drafting complex commercial loan documents for the restructure of non-performing loans, with emphasis on co-operative loans.
