Thomas Huszar Joins Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP as a Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Partner

UNIONDALE, NY, FEBRUARY 28, 2024 – Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP (“FDT”) welcomes Thomas Huszar to the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group as a Partner.

Thomas (Tom) is a highly experienced business attorney with a diversified corporate practice. His customary experience ranges from acting as “outside general counsel” and being the primary outside legal resource to private companies and their owners to representing larger “institutional” clients in a wide array of corporate and transactional matters including M&A, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships as well as debt and equity financings.

Tom, a Port Washington, NY resident, earned his J.D. from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, his M.B.A. from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis and his B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
