Ms. Partain advises high-net-worth individuals, corporations and partnerships in regard to complex federal and state tax matters. She concentrates in contested tax controversies.

Prior to joining FDT, Ms. Partain was a Member of a national law firm known for its comprehensive tax legal services.

Ms. Partain, a West Babylon, NY resident, earned her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and her B.A. from The University of Texas at Arlington.
