Robert Moy Presents on Real Estate Due Diligence to the Asian American Bar Association & Korean American Lawyers Association

Uniondale, NY, October 30, 2018 — Robert Moy, Esq. spoke on Real Estate Due Diligence at a seminar to members of the Asian American Bar Association, the Korean American Lawyers Association, Flushing Bank and Big Apple Abstract Corporation.  Mr. Moy’s lecture was part of a larger panel presentation on real estate contracts.

Robert B. Moy is a partner in the Tax, Trusts and Estate and Corporate practice groups of the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a founding member of Bennett & Moy, LLP, where he practiced in the areas of corporate law, asset and estate planning, and real estate. Mr. Moy counseled his clients on various matters: from mergers and acquisitions to establishing new businesses, negotiating and drafting shareholder, operating, financing, employment, merger, acquisition, licensing and buy-sell agreements, represented clients in the purchase and sale of real estate, and drafting complex and simple trusts and wills.
