Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP welcomes Robert Agostisi to the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group as a partner. He will also be working with the Land Use and Zoning and IDA practice groups.

Robert’s diverse legal experience spans over two decades, and extends to the private, public, and non-profit sectors.  Most recently, he served as the principal of his own legal practice, the Law Firm of Robert Agostisi, P.C.  Previously, he served as both Corporation Counsel and Acting City Manager in the City of Long Beach, and later as the Chief Legal Officer of a regional non-profit organization. Mr. Agostisi also spent several years in recognized national and regional law firms. He is past president of the New York City Chapter of the Labor & Employment Relations Association, and former vice chair of the Labor & Employment Law Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.

Mr. Agostisi, a Dix Hills, NY resident, earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and his B.S. from the State University of New York at Albany.
