Uniondale, November 26, 2018 — Partner and Vision Long Island Board Member Judy L. Simoncic will moderate the session titled, “Transit Oriented Development & Downtown Revitalization Projects,” at the 2018 Smart Growth Summit on Friday, November 30th.

Many private and public entities are developing projects to help create new jobs and revitalize communities. This workshop will look at opportunities for Smart Growth on Long Island; speakers include: Anthony Bartone of Terwilliger & Bartone Properties; Rob Gitto of The Gitto Group; Nick Halstead of Mill Greek Residential Trust, LLC; David Gallo of Georgica Green Ventures LLC; and Ryan Porter of Renaissance Downtowns.

The annual event draws more than 950 business, community, and elected leaders, and features 100 speakers & panelists and 20 workshops.

Judy L. Simoncic concentrates her practice in the areas of zoning, land use, environmental, municipal, and real estate law. She represents national franchises, Fortune 500 companies, national corporations, large real estate development companies as well as individual real estate developers in the development of both residential and commercial properties throughout Long Island.
