At Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP (“FDT”), the health and safety of our partners, employees, clients and the community are of utmost importance. With the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), FDT would like to assure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of possible infection and the spread of the disease.

FDT is closely monitoring and assessing this situation, remaining vigilant and following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities.

Our office remains open and our attorneys remain fully engaged. There have not been any suspected or confirmed cases in our office, or their families. However, as a matter of precaution, we are having virtually all of our attorneys and staff work remotely until the crisis subsides. Our IT systems are continuously being updated and all attorneys have secure remote access to our systems and teleconferencing capabilities so that our impeccable client service will continue uninterrupted.

During this time, we will be available to you as always. We will monitor emails, phone calls and other inquiries. We will be maintaining key personnel in the office to accommodate needs as they may arise.
