For 20 years prior to joining FDT, Lorraine was an attorney at Brosnan & Hegler, LLP in Garden City, NY.

A South Hempstead, NY resident, Lorraine earned her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, and her B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
