June 26, 2018 – The Long Island Fight for Charity, the nation’s only all-volunteer charity boxing event, recently announced the names of the courageous men and women volunteer boxers at a special event held at The Heritage Club at Bethpage. Over 300 enthusiastic Fight for Charity sponsors, alumni boxers, fans and supporters gathered to learn who will be in this year’s Main Event taking place November 19, 2018.  The Main Event is expected to attract more than 1,200 people and raise more than $200,000 for local not-for-profit organizations including Long Island Community Chest, The Genesis School and National Foundation for Human Potential.

Attorney Jane Chen (aka ‘The Real Estate Deal’) will go from the courtroom to the boxing ring for charity.  Jane is an associate in the corporate & commercial and real estate practice groups of Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP. Jane was a diversity law clerk for the Firm in 2016 and joined the firm the following year.  She is a graduate of Stony Brook University and Hofstra University School of Law.  Currently, she is also co-chair of the Hofstra University Law School Alumni Association’s Diversity Committee.
