John Bues Presents to the Suffolk Academy of Law

Uniondale, NY, June 20, 2018— Banking practice associate John Bues presented a CLE titled, “Contract Negotiations – What Goes, What Stays,” at the Suffolk Academy of Law of the Suffolk County Bar Association.  The CLE is part of the Real Estate Summer Series program.

Bues has extensive experience in real estate, banking, and corporate transactions and litigation. He has represented clients in numerous complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, mortgage and lien foreclosure actions, mortgage workouts, bar claim actions, title disputes, corporate shareholder disputes, corporate dissolution proceedings, insurance coverage actions, property damage claims arising out of construction projects, and landlord-tenant proceedings.

In addition to litigation, Mr. Bues also represents institutional and individual clients in real estate closings, lease negotiations, business asset transactions, SBA financing, and the purchase and sale of franchises.

Mr. Bues also handles general corporate and commercial matters regarding entity formation, the purchase and sale of shareholder, partnership and membership interests, and dissolutions.
