Frank Brennan Interviewed for Newsday article, “OSHA Electronic Filing Rule Delayed”

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration recently announced a delay on its electronic reporting rule that would make a large number of companies’ workplace illness and injury information public. The article summarizes OSHA’s rules that may or may not go into effect depending among other reasons on pending litigation.
