Uniondale, NY, March 27, 2018 —The Uniondale-based law firm of Forchelli Deegan Terrana has received the Top Public/Private Partnership Award from Long Island Business News.  FDT partner Daniel S. Dornfeld attended the business newspaper’s Real Estate Awards ceremony at the Crest Hollow Country Club to accept the award.

Mr. Dornfeld and Partner Frank Davis represented the owners of 1025 Old Country Road in Westbury, a 165,000 square foot multi-tenant office building which has been instrumental in turning the area into a corridor for innovation,  job growth, and new high-tech and telecommunications industries over the past two years.

The building is the largest co-location center on Long Island, with unique co-location and interconnection capabilities due to its direct access to multiple submarine cable systems connecting North America, Europe, and Latin America.  Information all across the globe will pass through the building.
