Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP is pleased to announce that Bret L. McCabe, a partner in the firm’s Construction and Litigation practice groups, was recently appointed the Advocate for the Knights of Columbus, Council # 6802, St. Paul the Apostle. His 1-year term will begin January 15, 2026.

The Advocate acts as parliamentarian and advises the Council during all meetings on rules of procedure, ensuring that all meetings are conducted in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order. Additional responsibilities include interpreting the bylaws, rules, and precedents as related to all Council ceremonies.

Mr. McCabe, an Old Brookville, NY resident, earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of South Florida.
