Prior to joining FDT, Mr. McCabe served as General Counsel of Fleet Financial Group, Inc. He also worked for a number of Construction and Real Estate Development organizations and possesses field experience within the New York Demolition and Construction Industry.

 Mr. McCabe, an Old Brookville, NY resident, earned his J.D. from Villanova Law School and his B.A. from the University of South Florida.
