Attorney Jane Chen Presents to the Asian American Bar Association of New York

Uniondale, NY, August 27, 2018 – Jane Chen presented at an Asian American Bar Association of NY (AAABANY) panel discussion. She spoke to law students on the importance of diversity, being involved in the community, as well as the obstacles that minorities face in the law firm environment.

Jane Chen is an associate with the Firm’s corporate and real estate practice groups. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Chen served as a law clerk at a publicly traded national bank, where she drafted and reviewed lease agreements, vendor contracts, corporate policies and correspondence to governmental, regulatory, and third-party entities.

Jane was a diversity law clerk for the Forchelli law firm in 2016 and joined the firm the following year.  She is a graduate of Stony Brook University and Hofstra University School of Law.  While in law school, she was elected President of the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA) and collaborated with the Asian American Bar Association of New York to provide legal and translation services to individuals.
