Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP is pleased to announce that Cheryl L. Katz, a partner in the firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group, was recently appointed as a Trusts and Estates Section Delegate to the New York State Bar Association (“NYSBA”) House of Delegates.

The NYSBA House of Delegates is the primary governing and policymaking body of the association. It functions as the board of trustees, managing NYSBA’s business affairs, setting legislative priorities, and deciding official positions on public policy and the legal profession.

Ms. Katz, a Massapequa, NY resident, earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her B.A. from Stony Brook University.
