Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP is proud to announce that Gerard R. Luckman, a Partner and Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring practice group, was elected President of the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Long Island Chapter. His one-year term was effective January 1, 2022. Mr. Luckman is also a member of the Chapter’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Mr. Luckman, a Glen Cove, NY resident, earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.S. from the New York Institute of Technology.
