Jeremy M. Musella is an associate at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP. Mr. Musella’s practice concentrates on advising the Firm’s veterinary, dental, and other health care sector clients in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisition, and regulatory matters. Mr. Musella takes an active role in mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other ancillary documents, as well as performing due diligence. Mr. Musella also has experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

Mr. Musella was a recipient of Long Island Business News’ 2021 30 Under 30 Award.

Immediately prior to joining our Firm, Mr. Musella was a corporate associate at another law firm headquartered on Long Island, where he worked on corporate utility regulatory matters, tax certiorari, and advised higher education institutions on general corporate matters.

During law school, Mr. Musella was a member of the Hofstra University Community and Economic Development clinic, where he assisted clients with general corporate business matters. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of International Business and Law.
