Uniondale, NY, January 30, 2019 – Jane Chen, an associate in the corporate & commercial and real estate practice groups of Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, has joined the Hofstra University School of Law’s Mentorship Program.

Jane Chen is an associate with the Firm’s corporate and real estate practice groups. Ms. Chen concentrates her practice in various facets of real estate law; including representing various homeowners associations, real estate developers and sponsors in drafting and filing offering plans. Ms. Chen also represents cooperative corporations in the transfer of shares and ownership, Board and shareholder disputes, and foreclosures.
