Uniondale, February 12th, 2018 – The Firm’s LIGCN hosted a CLE seminar is “Time’s Up on Sexual Harassment – Changing the Workplace in a #MeToo World.” The speakers were Head of the Labor and Employment practice Gregory Lisi, associate Lisa Casa, and Laurie Bigman, Esq., General Counsel of Cardworks, Inc.

Among the topics covered: What is Sexual Harassment; How Can an Employee Prove Sexual Harassment? How can an Employer Protect Itself? The current climate and legislation is addressed.

Gregory S. Lisi is Head of the Firm’s Employment and Labor  practice group concentrating in the areas of Labor and Employment law, Sexual Harassment and Discrimination law, Overtime and Wage law, Labor Relations, Management/Union issues, Business Immigration and Naturalization law, Corporate law, Commercial transaction law, and Real Estate law.
