Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Partner Gerard Luckman will be a judge in the oral arguments rounds at the 27th Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. Each year's problem raises two hot topics in Chapter 11 practice. The Competition is co-sponsored by St. John's School of Law and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
