She represents clients in the development of commercial and residential properties and has an extensive track record of success with\, and before\, municipal boards and agencies on significant projects throughout Long Island. Andrea has obtained approvals for multifamily housing\, senior and assisting living communities\, minor and major subdivisions\, hotels\, restaurants\, auto dealerships\, gas stations\, urgent care and medical offices\, office buildings\, as well as shopping centers with big box retailers and supermarkets. She has also obtained approvals for industrial sites serving the booming ecommerce sector on Long Island. \nAndrea earned her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from Hofstra University. \nGianni V. Sbarro\, Esq. \nAs a member of the firm’s Land Use & Zoning practice group\, Gianni represents commercial and residential clients on a local\, regional\, and national basis\, concentrating on complex land use and zoning matters\, including diligence and applications for discretionary approvals with governmental agencies. \nGianni earned his M.S. in Real Estate from New York University (Schack Institute of Real Estate); his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.S. from Fairfield University.
