Thomas A. Catinella is an associate in Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP’s Construction practice group. He represents clients from all segments of the construction industry, including owners, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Thomas has both prosecuted and defended litigation matters involving mechanic’s lien foreclosure claims, performance and payment bond claims, nonpayment, termination, and delay claims.
