James P. Rosenzweig is a Partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP (“FDT”). He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Restaurant & Hospitality and Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups.

Prior to joining FDT, Mr. Rosenzweig was Vice President and General Counsel at The Riese Organization, where he spent more than two decades counseling and representing a complex and integrated set of commercial real estate and restaurant businesses in Manhattan and on Long Island.
