Gregory W. Carman is an associate in Forchelli Deegan Terrana’s Land Use & Zoning, Litigation, Cannabis and Condominium, Cooperative & HOA practice groups. He represents commercial and residential clients across Long Island to secure zoning changes, subdivision approvals, site plan approvals, variances, road abandonments, and special use permits.
Mr. Carman first joined the firm as a legal intern during his final year at St. John’s University School of Law. He previously volunteered at the St. Vincent de Paul Securities Arbitration Clinic, representing under-served investors in claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Carman also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Timothy C. Stanceu of the United States Court of International Trade.
