David J. Borkon is a partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP. His practice focuses on business and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raises and other commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience with respect to equity and debt financings, shareholder, partnership and operating agreements, commercial contracts, reorganizations, and recapitalizations. David also represents employers and employees on employment, restrictive covenant, equity and separation matters.

Regarding M&A, his clients include family offices, private equity funds and portfolio companies, founders and other owners, investors, and other participants. David’s practice also concentrates on corporate consolidations, particularly in the veterinary, dental and wellness-related fields, and including with respect to equity rollovers and to regulatory-related matters.
