Danielle E. Tricolla is a Partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP.

Ms. Tricolla co-chairs the firm’s Cannabis practice group. Having extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry, she works closely with cannabis businesses to provide general day-to-day legal and business counseling, and assists her clients with risk management, dispute resolution and compliance issues. Ms. Tricolla represents both well-established cannabis businesses and start-ups at every level of the supply chain, including cultivators, processors, retail businesses and ancillary businesses.

As a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group, Ms. Tricolla handles a variety of business disputes and commercial litigation matters, including corporate dissolution and shareholder derivative actions, contract disputes, real property actions, regulatory compliance issues and employment claims.

In 2017, Ms. Tricolla was selected as a recipient of the “30 Under 30” Award from Long Island Business News and was selected to the New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star list. She was included in Long Island Business News’ “Ones to Watch” in 2016. Ms. Tricolla has been published in the New York Real Estate Journal and the Nassau Lawyer and was spotlighted in New York Real Estate Journal’s “Women in Real Estate”.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Tricolla was a law clerk at a New York City law firm and a legal intern in the Legal and Business Affairs department at Discovery Communications.
