Uniondale, November 13, 2017 — The Firm’s Long Island General Counsel Network (LIGCN), in conjunction with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), held a seminar entitled “Managing a Joint Venture In-House.”  Featured speakers at the seminar, conducted for in-house corporate counsel, were Corporate Partner David Borkon and Victor Rodriguez, Associate General Counsel at D’Addario & Company, Inc.
