Jeffrey D. Forchelli is the founder and managing partner of the Firm. His extensive practice concentrates on complex real estate and land use matters. Daniel P. Joseph P. Asselta is Co-Head of the Firm’s Construction Law Department. Mr. Asselta represents clients in all segments of the construction industry including owners, developers, financial institutions, design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, government contractors, trade contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, equipment rental companies, insurers and sureties (on both public and private projects).

John V. Terrana, partner-in-charge of the Firm’s tax certiorari Department, has successfully obtained millions of dollars in real estate tax refunds and savings for clients, including national, regional and local owners and tenants of all types of commercial and residential property

Judy L. Simoncic concentrates her practice in the areas of zoning, land use, environmental, municipal, and real estate law. She represents national franchises, Fortune 500 companies, national corporations, large real estate development companies as well as individual real estate developers in the development of both residential and commercial properties throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Mary E. Mongioi has significant experience handling the foreclosure of mortgages and other liens held by major financial institutions, mid-sized and small investors, and commercial enterprises, on both residential and commercial real property.

Gerard R. Luckman is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department. He represents virtually every type of client in a financial workout or chapter 11 bankruptcy case, including many landlords.
