Uniondale, May 30, 2017 — David J.Borkon has joined the law firm of Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana, LLP as a Partner in the Corporate Department, it was announced by Jeffrey D. Forchelli, Managing Partner of the Uniondale-based firm.
Mr. Borkon is a corporate attorney with experience in a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and other transactions. He has broad experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry.
He represents individuals, private equity firms and corporate and non-corporate entities in structure, formation, and capital investment matters. He also advises buyers and sellers in mergers, asset and stock purchases, and other transactions. In the financial arena, David counsels borrowers in asset-based cash flow, and real estate loan transactions involving secured and mezzanine debt.
David’s experience also involves the organization of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, and he regularly counsels clients with respect to governance, real estate, tax, and intellectual property matters.

He is a graduate of Northwestern University and Rutgers University School of Law.
