July 13th, 2016 — Jeffrey D. Forchelli, Managing Partner of Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana LLP (the Firm), announced that Lisa M. Casa has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Employment and Labor department.
Lisa M. Casa (Brooklyn Law School, 2011, cum laude) is an associate in the Employment and Labor practice group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of employment and labor law, sexual harassment and discrimination law, overtime and failure to pay wages law, union/management issues, and litigation.
Her article, “EEOC v. McDonald’s: Reasonable Accommodations under ADA for Job Applicants,” was published in the Nassau Lawyer.
Previously, Ms. Casa was an associate at a commercial litigation and also a matrimonial law firm. Ms. Casa is admitted to the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Casa is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.
