 Our
Municipal Department holds an impressive record of successfully
representing Long Island counties, towns, villages, cities
and other government entities in various municipal matters,
including planning, ordinances, regulations, hazardous
waste issues and all types of litigation. A number of
the Firm’s
attorneys began their careers as full-time deputy county
and town attorneys, and many currently serve as general
and special counsel to several incorporated villages,
handling zoning, employment, tax certiorari and other
real property tax matters. The Firm attorneys also prepare
and develop master land use plans and assist in the creation
and enactment of zoning and other land use regulations.
