Since our formation over 30 years ago, the Firm has

metropolitan area). Our attorneys have successfully represented

in every aspect of land use and zoning, including applications
for zone changes, subdivisions, site plans, special permits,
variances, architectural review, environmental impact statements
and all types of zoning litigation.
The Firm has secured approvals

Northrop Grumman Corporation, Cablevision Systems Corporation,
Lowe's Home Centers,
Roosevelt Raceway Properties, the Westbury Drive-In, Friends
