Lauren E. Kantor (St. John’s University School of Law, J.D., 2009) is an associate, concentrating in the areas of employment and labor law, sexual harassment and discrimination law, overtime and failure to pay wages law, union/management issues, contracts, commercial and general corporate law.  Ms. Kantor additionally has experience in the areas of real estate law, immigration law and trusts and estates law.

Ms. Kantor is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Federal District Courts for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association and is a member of the Labor & Employment Committee.

Ms. Kantor received both a CALI Award of Excellence and a Bronze Pro Bono Service Award from St. John’s University School of Law. She also worked as a coordinator and advocate for the Courtroom Advocates Project for Battered Women and was the president of the Jewish Law Students Association.  Prior to working at the firm, Ms. Kantor has served as an intern for New York State Supreme Court Judge Ute Wolff Lally, the District of Columbia Attorney General’s Office, the Legal Department of David Yurman and the Office of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton. Ms. Kantor received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan.
