Richard C. Goldberg (New York University School of Law,
1977; LL.M., 1981) rejoined the Firm in 2006, and concentrates
his practice in pre-litigation counseling, strategic planning
and complex real estate, commercial, business organization,
construction and foreclosure litigation.
Prior to rejoining
the Firm, Mr. Goldberg was a senior associate at the New
York City law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae
(now known as Dewey & LeBoeuf),
and was associated with the Garden City, New York law firm of Ain, Jonas, Libert & Weinstein
until joining the Firm as an associate from 1984 to 1988.
He is admitted to the
bar in New York State and the District of Columbia. For
the past twelve years, Mr. Goldberg has served as a guest
lecturer at New York University's Preston
Robert Tisch Graduate School for Hospitality, Tourism and
Sports Management. He earned his B.A., with Distinction,
from Cornell University, College of Arts & Sciences.
