Terence E. Smolev had a very active spring.
Mr. Smolev was featured in the Long Island Business News’
listing of “Who’s Who in Tax & Bankruptcy
Law,” February 15, 2008. In addition, he was
elected and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors
of the Gurwin Geriatric Foundation. Mr. Smolev has
also been appointed by Nassau County Supreme Court Justice
Arthur M. Diamond as a Receiver in a protracted complex
matrimonial action. He is responsible for dealing
with the assets of the parties involved in litigation.
