The Firm brings its talents together to more
fully represent the interests of the firm's clients. Recently,
Andrew E. Curto of the Litigation Department and Andrea
Tsoukalas of the Land Use and Zoning Department worked
together to secure the dismissal of an action against our
client for alleged breach of contract, fraud and negligence
arising from the transfer of certain real property. The
court granted summary judgment in favor of our client dismissing
Plaintiff's complaint and all other related claims.
