The Department provides comprehensive business law and transactional advice to a wide range of clients, including privately-held companies, public corporations, emerging businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs. The Firm serves as "outside" general counsel to numerous private middle-market companies on Long Island, in the NYC metro area and beyond. Our attorneys have successfully represented major financial institutions and corporate borrowers in connection with commercial and real estate financing. The Department also represents institutional and individual investors (including venture capital funds, corporate venture capital programs, and angel investors), and private equity funds with respect to their portfolio company investments and transactions.
