Partner Stella Lellos Presents to the Association of the Bar of the City of New York
Uniondale, July 23, 2014 — Stella Lellos, Partner at Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana LLP presented “Anatomy of An Operating Agreement,” to the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
Stella Lellos is a partner in the corporate and commercial department. Her practice concentrates on private company mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate finance transactions and general corporate representation of U.S.-based and international companies.
Stella also has significant experience in all aspects of complex corporate transactions. She has advised companies from startup to maturity and has handled numerous joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions of assets and stock in a variety of industries, many involving cross-border issues. She has represented debtors and acquirers in distressed merger and acquisition transactions, including Section 363 asset sales and out-of-court transactions.
Stella regularly advises clients on structuring and implementing domestic and international joint ventures as well as trademark and software licensing, executive employment and compensation issues and corporate governance matters. Her expertise covers all forms of corporate agreements including services agreements, employment and consulting agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements and licensing.
